Webmail
You can check your email online by clicking “WebMail” at the bottom of your website or by going to:
http://webmail.yourwebsite.com
You will have a choice of 3 webmail applications. I recommend “RoundCube”
*
Manual Configuration (IMAP)
You can use these settings in your email client (Outlook, Outlook Express, Live Mail, Thunderbird, etc.)
When prompted select “IMAP” as your Email Server Type.
Mail Server Username: username@yourwebsite.com
Password: xxxxxx
Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourwebsite.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourisp.com*
*For example, if you are with Bigpond you would use: “mail.bigpond.com” for your Outgoing Mail Server. To see more ISP outgoing servers see details below in “Troubleshooting”.
